How to build RabbitMQ locally

Use RabbitMQ's official build instructions to compile the message broker locally.

Note: a shallow Git checkout made with --depth=1 does not contain enough history for this build flow.

This setup used asdf to select the language versions for RabbitMQ 4.x: Erlang 26.x and Elixir 1.17.
